MLS currently belongs to the RE/MAX, Look&Find, Primer Grupo, Codwell Banker, and many other estate agencies which together add up to a total of 350 offices and 2,000 agents throughout Spain.
Your property will be on sale throughout the RE/MAX international network of more than 6,000 offices and 120,000 agents in 62 countries throughout the world (15,000 agents in Europe).
Your agent will create a dossier for the sale of your property to be sent to other RE/MAX agents, to buying clients and to local, national, and international collaborators from other estate agencies who work with professionalism whether they are RE/MAX or not.
Your property will be promoted with well designed adverts on an extensive number of estate agency websites in Spanish and in other languages (see annex below).
Your property will feature in local property magazines, with adverts of your property orientated to the national as well as to the foreign public. In addition, we publish a specific RE/MAX Paraíso property magazine which is widely distributed throughout the area (42,000 copies distributed as three different editions in 2009). We also have large roadside billboards in the Vera Playa area.
Your agent will carry out direct and personalized promotion of the sale of your property to the local public and through promotions, such as for example the staging of “Open Doors Days”, or personally handing out merchandising, leaflets, magazines, etc...
The RE/MAX Paraíso agents will put together an extensive database of potential buyers and will send information specifically to promote your property to the contacts who could be interested in a property like yours.
Your managing agent’s mobile telephone number will appear on both the for sale sign and in advertisements. They can therefore deal with enquiries at any time, including weekends. Your agent or another from the office can show your property to a potential buyer seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Your agent will keep an eye on and advise you on the presentation of your house so that it is perfect and in the best condition for a sale, and in order that you do not receive unreasonably low offers.
