The Tourist Board has now finalized the line up of activities for the third day of the International Tourism Fair
The regional Government will celebrate ‘Almería Province Day’ at the Madrid International Tourism Fair (FITUR) on Friday 20th January.
The Almería Tourism Board has now finalized the programme of exhibitor’s activities for this important international tourism event, and on the 20th, via the Deputation’s institutional acts, it will be the province which takes the starring role. For the first time, all the municipalities and local authority associations will attend the fair under the umbrella of the Deputation.
‘Almería Province Day’ has become an unmissable event on the FITUR calendar, and is an important meeting point for mayors, councillors, residents and potential tourists in the IFEMA pavilion. And with the presence of Deputation President Gabriel Amat and Vice-president and Tourism Deputy Javier A. García, the Provincial Tourism Board will welcome visitors and present its aims for 2012.
A further highlight will be the showing of a new promotional tourism video made by an Almería company for the Tourist Board, which can’t fail to make an impression on everybody. Also taking place on the 20th January will be the presentation of the 2012 Tourism Excellence Guide published by Inmdedia Almería SL, which brings together the hotel establishments and restaurants with the most character and charm in Almería province.
