Votes can be cast at the Town Hall, the library and the Guadalinfo centre until 30th of August
The search is on for Turre’s ‘seven wonders’, and the local authority is looking to locals to play their part: “We need your collaboration. Take part giving your opinion on the most representative monuments, traditions, customs…”
To identify the municipality’s most representative places or events, a list of already selected choices has been drawn up: the Purísima Concepción church, the San Francisco hermitage, Lorito street, the San Isidro plaza, the gypsy quarter, the bridge over the River Aguas, the Moresco fountain, the Algarrobo cave, the Minas and Castellón hills, los Moralicos, la Carrasca, el Royo Morera, the jousting for ribbons during the town fiesta, the Easter Sunday procession, and the Teresa, Cabrera and de Cortijo Grande areas. However, residents are free to nominate other possibilities if they believe they’re more important.
Votes can be cast at the Town Hall, the library and the Guadalinfo centre until 30th of August.
